Hash Kitchen, the beloved brunch and creative a.m. food destination, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with the launch of a bold new menu featuring more than 20 brand-new dishes, cocktails and even some throwback guest-favorites. Known for its playful spins on classics and inventive brunch creations, the restaurant is inviting guests to experience a menu that reflects a decade of Chef Joey Maggiore culinary creativity. Available today at all six Valley locations.






Menu Highlights Include:

  • Biscuits and Bougie Butter - Housemade buttermilk biscuits served with blueberry, cinnamon sugar, and salted caramel compound butters.
  • Main Chick Hash - Crispy hot honey chicken wings over smashed potatoes with cornbread and hollandaise.
  • Greek Goddess Hash - Lamb and beef gyro over crispy hash, cucumber salad, mozzarella, and tzatziki hollandaise.
  • Brunchito Benny - A chimichanga-style benedict with bacon, charro beans, crispy potatoes, cheddar, green chile hollandaise, crema, escabeche, queso fresco, and cilantro.
  • Fruity Pebbles French Toast - Thick-cut brioche encrusted in Fruity Pebbles cereal, topped with strawberry lemon mascarpone and cereal dusting.
  • #GIRLBRUNCH – Includes a crisp Caesar salad, golden fries, and a classic dirty martini.







Signature Cocktails Include:

  • Hot Honey Strawberry Margarita - Tequila, muddled strawberries, lime, hot honey, with a Tajín rim.
  • Paloma Fizz - Tequila, grapefruit juice, lime, agave, topped with soda or prosecco.
  • Get Ducked - Tequila, Aperol, coconut syrup, lime juice, citrus foam, served with playful rubber duckies.
  • Hurricane Hugo - Tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime, soda, garnished with edible flowers.
  • That’s That Me Espresso - Espresso martini made with vodka, cold brew, and coffee liqueur.
