1)Once on the page to purchase tickets, you can use the links above (before selecting your seats) There is a button that says "UNLOCK"
2)Click "UNLOCK" and there you should enter the password: PRESALE (make sure it's in all caps) Then it should show that it's unlocked. It does not work on the lowest priced seats and it only works on Adult tickets.
3) from there it will say "Nutcracker Presale" next to the rate so you'll know it's unlocked.
