WHAT: Spend your Fourth of July celebrating our country’s 250th anniversary at the Phoenix Zoo. On July 4, 2026, you can get 2 tickets for only $50.
Visit American-native animal species like our mountain lions, Fern and Thistle, or get patriotic with a visit to our bald eagles, Theia and Apollo. No matter what Zoo adventure you choose, we’ll all be celebrating with red-white-and-blue enrichment for the animals!

Zoo hours are 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. Early entry for Phoenix Zoo Members at 6 a.m.

- Splashing at Leapin’ Lagoon and Yakulla Caverns splash pads
- Up-close encounters at Stingray Bay’s 15,000-gallon stingray pool
- Indoor viewing of the Zoo’s Bornean orangutans inside the air-conditioned heat shelter
